Since 2019, Cici Ebersole has been an integral part of Ducks Unlimited's Senior Leadership Team, serving as the Chief Talent Officer. Before joining Ducks Unlimited, she held significant HR leadership roles in several Fortune 500 companies, including Smith & Nephew, Express Scripts, and Jackson Hewitt. Cici's career in Human Resources began as an employment law attorney, and she has built an impressive portfolio across various sectors, including nonprofit, supply chain, medical device, healthcare, financial services, and retail.
Cici is an active member of the Society of Human Resources (SHRM) Executive Network and the SHRM Voice of Work panel. She also serves as an Advisory Board Member of the Women in Leadership Program at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. In 2023, she was honored as one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Non-Profit and one of the Top 50 Women Leaders in Tennessee by Women We Admire®. That same year, Cici and her human resources team played a crucial role in Ducks Unlimited being recognized as one of the Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in the Nation®. In 2024, she was recognized by the Corporate Learning Network as a Learning Legacy Leader.
Cici holds an MBA from the University of Central Arkansas, a JD, and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from the University of the Philippines. With over 20 years of experience in employment law and human resources, she brings significant credibility and value to the HR function.
