LevelUP launched a Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) solution to manage permanent hiring in the US and UK, quickly scaling our client’s in-house recruiting team of seven employees to meet growing demands. In Asia-Pacific, LevelUP established an on-site team in Hong Kong and appointed an Engagement Manager to oversee the region’s operations. Simultaneously, LevelUP launched an executive search program for US Investment Banking, appointing two specialized team members to handle senior MD-level searches.
