Valerie has over 15 years of invaluable experience in strategic talent solutions, having previously served as a VP of Workforce Management Solutions in her previous role. Her extensive expertise spans various industries, and she is known for her creative vision and solution development skills.

Valerie’s academic background is rooted in technology and individual performance, with a strong passion for AI, conversational design, and emerging technologies, including self-driving vehicles.
Outside of her professional life, Valerie resides in Mustang, Oklahoma with her family. Her husband Ken, their daughters, and grandchildren are enthusiastic members of the FFA (Future Farmers of America) organization, which promotes agricultural education and leadership development. They cherish their time spent with animals and the community.
