LevelUP Human Capital Solutions, a global leader in sustainable talent solutions, announced the appointment of Grant Jessup as VP of Sales and Solutions for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA). Grant joins LevelUP's sales and marketing division.
In this role, Grant will be responsible for expanding LevelUP's global partnerships and helping clients across EMEA access the organization's award-winning total talent solutions.
Grant brings to LevelUP over 15 years of experience in the staffing and recruitment industry. With a successful history of partnering with mid-market and enterprise clients to deliver best-in-class talent solutions, he is ideally placed to help organizations address their workforce needs. Grant's experience spans both public and private sector businesses.

Prior to joining LevelUP, Grant was Director of Sales and Partnerships at Makers, a London-based tech recruitment and training business. In this role, he supported industry leaders in attracting and hiring diverse tech talent, while encouraging underrepresented candidates to enter a career in tech. Grant has held various board roles in the voluntary sector and is passionate about ensuring those from low socioeconomic backgrounds have equal access to opportunity and inclusion.
