New York, NY, September 20, 2021 – LevelUP HCS, a mid-market leader within the talent acquisition, workforce management, and HR advisory space, has earned a spot on the top-13 Enterprise RPO companies in 2021. A perennial top ten provider of mid-sized deals, this is the first time LevelUP has been recognized at the enterprise level. The list, also known as the Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings, provides an annual ranking of service providers based exclusively on client satisfaction surveys administered by HRO Today. The ranking is the result of LevelUP’s high client satisfaction for breadth of service, size of deal, and quality of service. The rankings are broken into two categories: Enterprise and Mid Deal size.

Methodology
HRO Today’s Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings are based solely on feedback from buyers of the rated services. HRO Today collect feedback annually through an online survey which they distribute to buyers directly through their own mailing lists and indirectly through service providers. To determine an overall ranking from this data, they analyze results across three subcategories: service breadth, deal sizes, and quality of service. Using a predetermined algorithm that weighs questions and categories based on importance, they calculate scores in all three subcategories as well as an overall score. These scores provide the basis for the Baker’s Dozen Customer Satisfaction Ratings. The ratings are therefore not based on the opinion of the HRO Today staff. The only influence that HRO Today has on the outcome of this survey is that HRO Today discards incomplete surveys or surveys outside the normal distribution. While HRO Today does not claim that our methodology is the only viable ratings program available, we do vouch for its statistical validity.
