As President, John will build on his more than 20 years of Global Human Capital Strategy design and delivery. Prior to joining LevelUP, John was the Americas Chief Human Resources Officer for Société Générale where he was responsible for redefining human capital by incorporating diversity, culture and conduct, and risk management into a business-aligned integrated talent management strategy. A proven leader with a track record of building high-performing teams and driving forward-thinking HR solutions, John established advanced human capital analytics, designed and implemented a proven diversity recruitment strategy, a multi-channel enhanced employer branding program, and award-winning wellness and employee recognition programs.
